Non-Commercial Use: StockMafia offers free access to a range of images for personal and non- commercial use.
Commercial Membership: For commercial usage, users are required to purchase a Premium Membership at a monthly rate, which grants access to high-resolution images, commercial licensing, and custom image generation tools.
Membership Cancellation: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Membership will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle, after which it will not be renewed.
Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account information. StockMafia is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable Indian laws while using StockMafia’s services. Unauthorized, unlawful, or prohibited use, including misuse of images for sensitive areas (e.g., adult content, political campaigns, hate speech) or misrepresentation, is strictly forbidden.
Liability for Misuse: Users are responsible for ensuring ethical and legal use of images. StockMafia disclaims liability for any misuse, and users agree to indemnify StockMafia against any legal action arising from misuse.
Non-Commercial Licensing: StockMafia provides images free for non-commercial use under a standard license, which includes personal projects, educational uses, or social media.
Commercial Licensing: Premium members gain an unlimited commercial license to use images for purposes like advertising, marketing, and branding, but must adhere to StockMafia’s guidelines to avoid misuse or infringement of third-party rights.
Editorial Use: Some images may only be available for editorial use, particularly those involving recognizable public figures, brands, or locations. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with editorial-use restrictions.
Image Generation: Premium users have access to image generation tools to create customized visuals. These images are subject to the same usage rules outlined above.
Modifications: Users may modify images, such as cropping or adding filters, but modifications must remain legal and non-defamatory. Unethical alterations or those which promote hate, violence, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Ownership: StockMafia owns or licenses all intellectual property rights to the images, designs, and trademarks displayed on the site. Users are granted a limited license, as specified in these Terms, but no ownership rights are transferred.
