Subscription Cancellation
- StockMafia offers a flexible cancellation policy for our Premium Membership. Here’s what you need

- Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel, your Premium Membership will remain active until
the end of the current billing cycle (paid month) but will not renew for the following month.
You will continue to enjoy Premium benefits for the remainder of the period you have paid

- No Prorated Refund: We do not provide a refund or partial credit for any unused time
within the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy
- StockMafia follows a no-refund policy on all Premium Membership payments. This means:

regardless of membership duration or usage level.
- Voluntary Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your Premium Membership before the end
of the billing cycle, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining days in the current
cycle.
- System or User Error: Refunds are not issued for accidental purchases, system errors, or
usage misunderstandings. Please review your billing and membership carefully before
confirming any transactions.
Automatic Billing and Renewal
- For your convenience, StockMafia Premium Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

- Automatic Renewal: Your Premium Membership will automatically renew each month
unless canceled through your account settings before the end of the current billing period.
- Billing Date: The billing date for automatic renewal corresponds to the initial subscription
date (e.g., if you signed up on the 10th, subsequent billing dates will also fall on the 10th of
each month).
- Payment Failure: In case of a failed payment attempt, StockMafia may retry the charge. If
payment continues to fail, your Premium Membership may be suspended or canceled.
Termination of Service by StockMafia
StockMafia reserves the right to terminate your Premium Membership if there is a violation of our
Terms of Service or any misuse of our services.
- No Refund upon Termination: If your membership is terminated by StockMafia due to a
breach of our Terms of Service, you will not receive a refund for the remaining period in your
billing cycle.
- Continued Access: Users whose memberships are terminated will lose access to Premium
features immediately upon termination.
Changes to the Cancellation and Refund Policy
StockMafia reserves the right to modify or update this policy periodically. Any significant changes
